  • Why should I attend Five Star Fitness Boot Camp?

    Simply put — we will get you into the best shape of your life, period.
  • I’m not in very good shape. Is this program for me?

    Yes! Our program is for the vast majority of people. If you have questions, though, don’t hesitate to call or email us with your questions.
  • What should I bring to camp?

    Good hydration, especially on hot days is critical. Be sure to bring water or a sport drink to every session.
  • How are results measured?

    The first day of each camp is a test-in day for our new campers and test-out day for our veteran campers. We will benchmark your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance with a series of fun and exciting activities. We have a 100% success rate for campers attending a minimum of 15 sessions per camp. We Guarantee It!
  • Is camp ever cancelled if it is too hot or if it rains?

    Your safety is important to us so on occasion our outdoor camps need to be postponed due to excessive rain, lightning, or an extremely high heat index. If camp is cancelled you will be notified. Typically, the camp is made up on the following day.
